Work concentrates. People move.

The challenge is not migration. It is making migration sustainable. Nia exists to improve what survives after a worker leaves home.

Why Nia exists

The people who power India's industry had no system built around their lives.

India has become exceptionally good at moving goods, capital and information. People remain the hardest thing to move. Millions leave home each year for work, and most of what they hoped to gain disappears after they arrive: rent, brokers, unsafe rooms, lost wages. Migration succeeds only when savings survive the corridor. Nia exists to improve what survives.

The journey
2023

Founded in Bangalore. First 50 Nests. One question: what if a migrant worker had everything they needed in one place?

2024

The model proven across four industrial corridors. Elevar Equity leads the seed round.

2025

10,000 workers supported across four corridors. No longer an idea. It is infrastructure.

2026

EBITDA break-even reached. On the path to one million workers by 2031.

What we are building

Migration continuity infrastructure.

Built to increase what a worker keeps after they leave home. A place where life costs less and progress costs nothing. We do not profit when workers move. We earn when they stay, save and rise.
