Workforce Continuity Infrastructure — Chakan

Chakan is Maharashtra's auto and auto-ancillary spine — Mahindra, Bajaj's vendor ecosystem, and a dense tier-2/tier-3 supplier base, all pulling labour from Marathwada, Vidarbha, and further afield. The corridor's output depends on a workforce that mostly isn't from here.

The gap.

Workers arriving in Chakan without a stable place to live tend to either commute unsustainable distances or churn out within the first quarter. For an employer running shift-based manufacturing, that shows up as line disruption, not just an HR statistic.

Nia's answer in Chakan.

A Studio network mapped to the corridor's factory clusters. Members get a Nest, continuity support through Work, and Essentials — meals, savings tools, doc custody — under one membership fee. The Mahindra Chakan Śram Park partnership is one example of what this looks like at scale: locked per-member economics, a defined yield structure, and a continuity solution that's actually an operating decision for the employer, not a side project. See the Chakan MIDC corridor.

For Members.

If you're heading to Chakan for work, a Nia Studio means you know what you're paying, what you're getting, and that it's set up before you get off the bus.
