The people who gather, write, and stand behind what the network publishes.
Sachin Chhabra founded Nia and writes most of what the Migration Intelligence Network publishes. He started the company after watching how a migrant worker actually arrives in a city: a day lost looking for a bed, a deposit he cannot afford, a second day lost looking for work, half the savings goal gone before the first wage. He covers wages, savings, and the movement of labour across India's industrial corridors. Reach him at reachus@nia.one.
Pushkar Raj co-founded Nia. He spent his career in the Indian Army before building the operating system that runs Nia's Studios across four regional zones. The data the network publishes about Nia's own operations passes through the teams he runs, which is why it can be checked.
Every figure on this network has a name attached to it. These are the names.
