By accessing or using Nia's app, housing, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

3.Use of services

You agree to use our accommodation, facilities, and digital services responsibly and in accordance with community guidelines and applicable law.

You may not misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

4.Payments and bookings

Fees for housing, essentials, and other services are described at the point of booking. You agree to pay all applicable charges. Cancellation and refund terms are provided during checkout.

5.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms other members, staff, or the Nia community.

6.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app.
