Young workers projected to relocate across state lines by 2061

Invitation to speak · August 6, 2026
On August 6, we are bringing the people who can change that into one room. Not to discuss workforce inclusion in the abstract. To walk the corridor, see the gap, and decide what changes before dinner.
The backdrop
Capital clusters in the south and west. The next workforce arrives from the north and east. The two maps no longer overlap. Migration is not a side effect — it is the balancing mechanism. And the lines cannot run on men alone.

The room
The offer to a panellist is influence, not visibility. You will sit across from the person who can approve your pilot, sign your policy ask, or co-invest in your corridor.
The format
Before you enter the panel room, you will walk Nia Śram Park — the physical form of the problem. See where 7,000 women decide whether to stay or leave. Then sit down with the people who can change what happens next.
The conversations
Each panel produces two or three commitments, pilots, or policy asks. The best are published as the WWDC 2026 position and submitted to the Ministry of Labour.
01
What must change for women to migrate for industrial work safely and continuously? Labour, mobility, regulation, and governance — seen from the woman worker outward.
Leave with: A shared regulatory framework you can reference in your next state negotiation.
02
How companies recruit, settle, train, retain, and advance workers through living infrastructure. Moving women from one in five of the line to nearly half of new hires.
Leave with: A signed commitment on living infrastructure from at least two major employers.
03
How AI and data widen women’s access to industrial work and help them train into larger roles. Not whether the tools are used — whether they make better decisions for the worker household.
Leave with: Principles for AI procurement that your compliance team can adopt Monday.
The ask
The gap between scarcity and opportunity is real. But it is solvable — if the people who control capital, policy, and operations decide to act in the same afternoon.
