Managed Work-Live Bundle for Enterprise

Most employers solve for wages and working conditions, and stop there. The missing piece is what happens to a worker after the shift ends — where he lives, whether it's stable, and whether he's still there in ninety days.

What the bundle covers.

One membership fee per Member, covering a Nest, Work continuity support, and Essentials — daily needs, savings tools, remittance infrastructure. It replaces three separate, usually informal, systems with one managed one.

Why enterprises adopt it.

Retention is the return. A stable Member is a Member who shows up. Nia's enterprise partnerships are structured around occupancy floors and a measurable retention outcome, not a facility handover.

How it's commercially structured.

Partnerships range from anchor-tenant Studio agreements to full Śram Park developments, depending on the scale of an employer's workforce need. Every structure keeps the employer's exposure capped and the retention data visible.

Nia · continuity infrastructure

Continuity is an operating decision, not a perk.

Tell us the corridor you operate in and the workforce you need to keep. We'll map the continuity infrastructure for it.
