Enterprise Labour Continuity Programs

An enterprise labour continuity program is a structured partnership between an employer and Nia to solve the living-stability gap for its migrant workforce, corridor by corridor.

How a program is structured.

Nia places or partners on Studios against the employer's factory geography. Members get a Nest, Work continuity support, and Essentials under one membership fee. The employer gets occupancy and retention data, with exposure structured through an occupancy floor rather than an open-ended commitment.

Program formats.

From single-Studio anchor agreements at one plant to full Śram Park developments across a corridor, depending on workforce scale — the Mahindra Chakan Śram Park partnership is one example of a program built at scale.

Who this is for.

Manufacturers, auto-ancillary suppliers, and industrial employers anywhere migrant labour makes up a meaningful share of the workforce.

Continuity is an operating decision, not a perk.

Tell us the corridor you operate in and the workforce you need to keep. We'll map the continuity infrastructure for it.
