Workforce continuity

Nest-Based Managed Living for Migrant Workers

A Nest is the base unit of everything Nia builds: a Member's stable place inside a Studio, priced clearly, set up before he arrives, and connected to Work and Essentials rather than standing alone.

Why Nest-based, not facility-based.

Most models charge for space. Nia's model is built around the Member — one membership fee that follows him, not a rate card tied to square footage.

What comes with a Nest.

Work continuity support, so a Member's income isn't disrupted alongside his living situation, and Essentials — meals, savings tools, remittance and doc custody infrastructure — so the full cost of migrating for work is managed, not just the immediate one.

Where Studios exist today.

Across Nia's four Theatres — Rajputana (NCR), Deccan (Pune), Wellington (Karnataka), and Coromandel (Tamil Nadu) — with more corridors added as enterprise partnerships scale.

Continuity is an operating decision, not a perk.

Tell us the corridor you operate in and the workforce you need to keep. We'll map the continuity infrastructure for it.
