Workforce continuity

Studio Network for Industrial Corridors

Nia runs Studios inside four industrial Theatres, each built around a cluster of factories and the migrant workforce that feeds them.

The four Theatres.

  • Rajputana (NCR) — Manesar, Bhiwadi, and the wider Gurugram auto belt
  • Deccan (Pune) — Chakan, Ranjangaon, and Pune's industrial base
  • Wellington (Karnataka) — Bengaluru and the state's manufacturing corridors
  • Coromandel (Tamil Nadu) — Oragadam, Sriperumbudur, and the Chennai auto-electronics belt

How the network operates.

Every Studio runs the same system: a membership fee covering a Nest, Work continuity support, and Essentials. A Member moving between corridors for work moves within the same continuity system, not a new one each time.

Why this matters for enterprises with multi-site operations.

One partnership structure, applied consistently across every Theatre where an employer has a plant.

Continuity is an operating decision, not a perk.

Tell us the corridor you operate in and the workforce you need to keep. We'll map the continuity infrastructure for it.
